Hi Bern, Thank you for putting this together. I've also received the same request. I look forward to sharing this experience with my friends and family and the extended Outer Harbour Dragonboat Senior Women's team who have welcomed me very quickly and so warmly to this team~ This is an honourable adventure of both the mind and body~ Julie

Great idea Bern. I could not sit still today, as I am getting excited about racing in Penang. Especially after this past weekend of great racing.

Oh oh, quel beau plan d'eau. On peut voir que le temps est torride et les entraînements pas des moindres !!! Je vous souffle un "bonne chance" pour demain alors que vous êtes endormies.
On attend avec impatience de lire vos premiers résultats.

Rob Noah Sam and Elke think the outer harbour senior womens team is the absolute best.
i use to tease Lisa that she was on the senior team ( but no more ) . After seeing your team perform live and the results from your " WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP " , I have to tell you how impressed i am . Our whole family is so proud of your team . We hope you enjoy the rest of your trip.
